Part of our paradigm shift power, is dreaming. Yes, learning to dream again, will help you get “out of the rat race” and spend some time “smelling the cheese” of your own dreams and desires. For some of us, that is a hard lesson. Our dreams seem to have been lost in the reality of years ago. Keep a journal of abundance and acknowledgment. On a daily basis, write in a small notebook these two sentences: “Today I am grateful for…….” ”Today I acknowledge or praise myself for……..” Record 10 responses to each. 10 Gratitude’s and 10 Acknowledgments The entries can be for big or small things. Maybe it is simply: “I acknowledge myself for washing my face before bed, because I usually don’t want to!
