WHO IS JUDY?
It has been said that entrepreneurs are born, and that seems to be the case with Judy. Born and raised in the Washington State country side, she always had varied career choices. Normal jobs like bookkeeping, secretarial duties, etc, just did not seem to be on her horizon. Even as a child she had that feeling of wanting out of the box.
In fact, at 6 years old, she saw an ad in a magazine, that promoted selling packets of flower seeds, which she promptly ordered and sold to her neighbors, and to her Mom! Then it was on to making and selling pot holders made from rags. The allure was always there.
Her father was a pilot, and she started flying at 16. She feels that once aviation is in your blood it never truly goes away, nor does that feeling of freedom while flying. In fact, she became an air show director, co-ordinating airshows, both on the East coast, and on the West coast. Then she became an air show performer, wing-walking on a Stearman bi-plane.
Loving animals, she was an avid horse, and dog trainer. Her love of animals, and people led her to working as a veterinarian assistant, having her own pet portrait for 9 years, and judging dog shows, The love of teaching led her to become a country and western dance instructor.
But always it was the desire to work for her own dreams, instead of someone else’s. Then she discovered network marketing! She will tell the rest of this story:
Welcome to my village! Indeed, it seems I have had a fun, exciting life, with more adventures ahead of me, and I look forward to your traveling along that path, with me. An exciting, fun past, is also a wonderful teacher, and life lessons have been learned along the way.
1. Selling flower seed packets at the age of 6: Lesson learned…Have your seed packets alphabetized!
2. Married to my husband Al for 19 years: Having met as country and western dance competition partners, the lesson learned: We did not kill each other during all those practice sessions, so we might as well be married!
3. Directing airshows: First lessons learned immediately…you MUST be organized, and you will find your leadership skills tested!
4. Wing-walking on a Stearman bi-plane: Lessons learned… TRUST in the pilot, the aircraft, and in yourself, and knowing when to let go, and walk out onto the wing!
5. Veterinary assistant, dog trainer, and horse trainer: Lesson learned… compassion, heart, and understanding.
6. Horse trainer: Lessons learned: Kindness. No matter how tough you think you are, there is always a horse that will kick harder than you do!
7. Pet photography studio owner: Oh, my, the lessons here were many. Top of the list…patience!
8. Teaching: Everyone learns at their own pace, and it is wise to understand that, right from the beginning.
9. Network Marketing: Lessons learned: Everything! It continues each new day, to lift me to new altitudes, and to be the person I am meant to be!

WHY I WORK FROM HOME:
Can you imagine seeing this every day? No matter how many posters you could put onto the walls of your cubicle at work, it would NEVER equal looking up from your computer, or your office desk, and seeing this. Fortunately, when I discovered network marketing, this is possible every day!
My commute is 1 minute… 2 minutes if I want to get a cup of coffee to take with me to my desk. Working when I want (if you can call this work), where I want, and with whom I want…has changed my life’s focus and meaning. As my business partner, and mentor Robin Van der Merwe says “We are living a life that matters!”
MEET ROBIN:
Several years ago, I had the pleasure of working with Robin as a business friend. We have both been in the network marketing arena for probably 20 years, or more, and have surely crossed paths many times, just not being aware of each other at that moment. The expression “When the student is ready, the teacher appears” holds true for us. It was a natural step to want to work together on a project that we both love, and that brings value to everyone.
Robin’s total belief in people is self evident. She has the unique knowledge, understanding, and teaching abilities, to make you feel like you can do, be, or become anything you want to, if you set your mind to it. She positively believes in your abilities, and by expecting the best from you, you will provide the best you have! It is an amazing talent, as you will soon discover. She has brought me to mountain tops, many times, by believing in me, when I did not.
I am described by many, as someone who says: “Hey everyone..we can do this together…so let’s go do it!” The other side of this wonderful partnership is Robin, who says: “I am already here, and you can be too! Here’s how!” Our ideals melded into a partnership for all of you to enjoy, and learn from. I think you will agree, from reading our articles, that we are a great team. You will learn from Robin, honesty, team spirit, and above all…that adversity does not build character…it reveals it! I bless the day I found her, and you will too my friends.
